 This is Just a short letter to inform you how happy my wife Pat and myself are to have purchased and received delivery of a Concept Caravan, March this year, (2005). Chassis no. 1072

 We have had a number of Caravans and never believed we would find the exact layout and manufactured finish we desired but Concept have built the closest unit to perfect you could ask for.

The interior design of the Concept is the most 'user friendly', of any caravan we have seen, to date.  The interior is spacious and I have extended the queen size bed to its full length and still have enough room to move around it.  This would have been impossible in other brand of caravan, without adding another 30cm to the length of the caravan.

Numerous other caravan owners have inspected our van whilst we have been traveling for the last three months and without exception, they have all remarked on the quality finish and material used, throughout the interior of the Concept.

My wife and I choose our caravans carefully and I spend time contactiong the suppliers of the accessories such as windows and air conditioners etc. to evaluate their good and adverse points.  Each of the companies I contacted, told me I was buying the best manufactured caravan on the market and the finish was second to none.  Pat and I, whole heartedly agree with them.

We wish to thank each of you and your staff for the fine product you have produced.  It is obvious that the staff not only know how to build a caravan but also care about the unit and have pride in its finish.
 

To who it my concern

This is just a small note to express how pleased we are with our new Newlands van , from the time we where first introduced to this van , by Dean with his good knowledge of the van and his good sales techniques , we both decided to go with this van , which we both had not heard of , all was not 100% on the delivery of the van as there was a break down in communication with the fitting of our reversing camera , from the factory, but thanks to Steve the service manager and his help, the problem was addressed and I had the camera fixed back in Wollongong.      

We took delivery in late June , it took us one week to pack , and we were off on a 15 week adventure to the Gulf , Cooktown and back 12000 kms,in cold temps, extremely hot and very wet weather ,over that period the van was a good home   , well almost , bit of a problem with the main fridge section , that will be fixed under warranty ,now that we are home , we are looking forward to many adventures in this van in the future and will not hesitate to recommend the Newland van, to who ever wants to listen.
